Ruff with Pylance?

Hi im absolutely new to ruff, problem im facing is I want to have fastest lint possible in vscode while syntax highligh(color code module/import) etc. Should i use ruff with pylance together? or is there some setting to set to use ruff alone while providing highlight as well as linting?
