I want to ask why I can't report an Issue there (I can admit that I don't know GitHub very well... sorry)
But, I don't understand some things here, so I'm asking you:

So, why I don't see any "forks" on my Repository, but yours are behind one commit?

The issue system is normally disabled in a forked repo by default. But you can enable it if you need.

About the commit history, I'm not sure, but maybe you have extra one commit after my fork.

1. Make a copy of my work (for what? if I don't plan to delete it...)
2. De-compile my work (again, for what?)
