Description
What is the goal of this pull request?
This PR upgrades asciidoctor core to the latest and greatest version, 2.0.21.
Besides that, it also updates some other dependencies, like asciidoctorj-pdf, asciidoctorj-diagram, asciidoctorj-revealjs and jruby.
How does it achieve that?
