RTMP stream not accepted by NGNIX #1751

We are facing issues with the handshake of the RTMP streams we are pushing.

We are not pushing streams 24/7 but we start / stop streams like 6 times a day.

Is someone using NGNIX having the same problems to have the stream going into Streaming?
