Hey guys,
it was great meeting Ash and seeing Orta again (as well as everyone not from Artsy) at GOTO Copenhagen. I had a blast!
As we talked about there, I'm leaving Trifork in a week to work at Skylib, and since I'll be the only iOS developer for now, I'm hoping to model the iOS team on your work, since I really like what I've heard. Preparing for that, I've reread much of your writings and checked out some of the git repos, and of course I have a few questions: (Perhaps some of the answers are better posted as blogposts?)
Do you still use the Facebook test to capture screen shots, or have you moved to UI Tests and Felix' Snapshot tool? (My guess is yes because of the speed of it, but I'm sure you have some good insights to share :-) ) If you do use it, but you've mainly switched to AppCode, I expect you don't use your Snapshots plugin for Xcode anymore: what do you use?
How is the agile culture (well, standups and sprints) evolving? It sounded a bit sparse compared to what I'm used at with Trifork, and I thought we had cut it nice and lean.
How do you work with your roadmap now?
How do your designers work openly like you?
How do you work with design? (I'm expecting this to be 90% of my work, that's the way I've preferred it in projects I've done, so no reason to stop now)
Do you still use Travis? Compared to Xcode server on a Mac Mini? Or perhaps you use both?

Congratulations again on being featured. And great work, the app looks and feels really good. :-)
Cheers
