Support Blogs not in English

Some blogs are not in English! We had a submission of an indie blog all in Chinese: #27

In the spirit of sharing interesting blogs, doing it all English may be implied by a domain name in English, but scoping the blog of the day by language could be great.

Great idea! If translation work is needed, I am happy to provide Chinese translation! Also, I have a Telegram channel, a channel about blogs, https://t.me/findblog

I'll get us set up with separate feeds per region, and write some docs on how to add a region. @huhexian if you want to work on a translated index.html file for Chinese, that would be great! We should save these as index-{countrycode}.html for consistency.
