Compressing processes are too low

Hi everyone,
I have large videos, about 2.7 GB, 2160x3840, Ultra HD, 60 FPS, and I need to change the bit rate and fps and resize them before uploading them to the server.
But the time to compress is too long (about 10 to 11 minutes). The device I'm using is ZFlip 4, Android 14. I have tried posting this video on FB on the same device, but it only takes 3 minutes and 30 seconds to finish.
Question 1: This is normal. Isn't it?
