add user gesture screen refresh/hrtz

So I initially thought this was capped, see link .. but looks like it does something: IDK want to call that, is "refresh" the same as "hrtz"? Anyway, with higher hrtz becoming more common, this would be neat to add under a user gesture ([ click here ] button)
