Following the existing scheduler interface implementations, we will need a new one for PBSPro on Crux, Polaris, Polaris:Instrument2Edge, AITestBed.

PBS support is implemented now, and active for Polaris: #271

Still to do: add explicit support fro Crux, edtb (and maybe AITestBed).
