Write a guide on using the VPN for Scopus lit reviews

I have found the use of Scopus' API for my literature review incredibly useful (thanks @samgdotson for introducing this to me). I want to write a guide on how to set this up. The guide should include

• How to get the GUI VPN client set up
• How to get a Scopus API key
• An example notebook for retrieving Scopus searches and some sample code for processing the data into a more usable format.
