An alternative for the setup.sh script that can run on Windows.
With the updated script offering an intuitive selection for most of the installation options, an alternative for the Windows users would benefit the project.

🎤 Why is this feature needed ?

This will greatly reduce entry threshold for the new user.

✌️ How do you aim to achieve this?

Convert .sh to .ps1 is one of the options.
Another possible way is to create a one-for-all installer working with NPM.
