[Bug][CLI][Ledger] Publish from Ledger command is broken

I'm trying to run this command sequence to publish from a Ledger, but I'm getting this error despite the package only being 6046 bytes:

To reproduce, you can run the commands from the given directory and use 0x11113ddc70ea051ffd8a7cde7b96818326aabf56fdfd47807f7700e2b46e1111 for the @emojicoin_dot_fun testnet named address
