FEATURE環境変数の内容に応じて, 動作する Runner を制御できるようにしました. カンマ区切りで有効にする Runner を指定するとその機能が動作します.Additional Information (追加情報)
これにより, デバッグ時に不要な機能の動作をコード変更なしで抑制できます.
