如题

看了一下以前的issue，主要的原因是考虑继承的问题，那不考虑继承呢，比如全量覆盖的方式。

主要是其他格式，比如json配置，配置起来比较方便，特别是像数组之类的，用properties写起来很烦，而且容易弄错
