Undo Functionality sounds super handy, but doesn't feel like its at home in UX Pitfalls.

We could make it fit, by saying "Don't make it incredibly easy to accidentally complete an action which cannot be undone. Keyboard shortcuts are great, but sending a half done email is embarressing, especially if theres no Cancel or Undo button. If something doesn't have to be sent in real time, maybe dont, etc." then show how it can be done.

It also mentions offline syncing which we've only casually mentioned so far. I have notes lcoally for an offline syncing chapter but I don't think it's something we should mention yet without saying (we'll talk more about that later).
