How do we handle older submissions, duplicates, and domain authorities?

I just updated our apis.json file and submitted it to apis.io. I noticed there were two other entries already in there for our API submitted 7 months ago and 3 months ago. Could you remove those and just keep the one for https://www.kairos.com/apis.json that was just submitted?

One of the entries is listed as kairos.com and the other is developer.kairos.io.
