Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If deploy pulsar cluster into a separate k8s cluster, the client needs an external address to connect to the Pulsar cluster. Inside the cluster, also need an internal address. So it's better to advertise multiple addresses for Pulsar brokers.

It's more like https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/KAFKA/KIP-2+-+Refactor+brokers+to+allow+listening+on+multiple+ports+and+IPs and https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/KAFKA/KIP-103%3A+Separation+of+Internal+and+External+traffic
