[v2.0][DOC] Track notebooks skipped in evaluation

Some notebooks are skipped because some APIs will no longer be used. This issue will track these skipped notebooks. Remove them from skip_list in md2ipynb.py if they are updated with 2.0 compatible APIs and runnable in website build.
