[Clojure] Mitigate outages of Origami Repository

We had an outage of the Origami repo that the Clojure integration tests use. This issue is to discuss long term strategies of mitigating an outage in the future.

What is it that we have a dependency on in the Origami repo and what do we use it for?

It is the Nexus repository for orgimani dependency of the some of the Clojure examples like this https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/blob/master/contrib/clojure-package/examples/gan/project.clj#L21

@hellonico and myself are looking into ways to make it more robust.
