[Improve][Spark] Improve the performance of GraphAr Spark Reader

Proposed changes

This change optimizes the Spark Reader to support reading multiple chunks in parallel for better performance, as well as maintaining the partitioning and the order of the chunks in the resulting DataFrame. This is completed through defining a new data source (GarDataSource) for Spark in basis of the implementations for file formats of CSV, Orc and Parquet.
