According to the release schedule, the next release should be a minor, non breaking release 52.1.0 released around early July 2024

I am testing for breaking changes by testing the upgrade prior to releasing.

• DataFusion upgrade seems to have gone without issue (no breaking changes): WIP Upgrade to arrow/parquet 52.1.0 datafusion#11202
• I also ran the InfluxDB 3.0 tests against this branch and they seem to be fine
