Changing group users role from admin to member, threw an error. But the action seem to carried out well in the page #60

Description

A normal end user in the portal changed the role of a user in one of the oen groups. An error thrown

Steps to Reproduce

Login as a normal end user
Createa group and add an user with admin role
Save
Then again select the above user and change the role to member and update.
Page shows the role as member now but error thrown in the backend.
