Subdomain geolite.maxmind.com doesn't exist #167

URL used for updating GeoIP database doesn't work:
https://geolite.maxmind.com/download/geoip/database/GeoLite2-City.mmdb.gz

Think that maybe subdomain is removed because nameservers don't point to valid records:
https://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/geolite.maxmind.com

[EDIT] Found out that this is probably the reason:
https://blog.maxmind.com/2019/12/18/significant-changes-to-accessing-and-using-geolite2-databases
