Vegetarian Tortellini

Based on Healthy Choice Tortellini Primavera Parmesan.

Ingredients, etc.

Ingredients

Ingredients Amount
Frozen Tortellini 1 bag
Spaghetti sauce 1 jar
Zucchini (sliced) 1 medium
Carrots (julienned) 1 cup
Bell pepper (diced) 1 pepper
Parmesean cheese to taste

Preparation

  1. Saute carrots and bell pepper in oil until they begin to soften.
  2. Boil tortellini as directed on bag.
  3. Add zucchini to carrots and bell pepper. Cook until zucchini is soft.
  4. Combine cooked tortellini, vegetables, and sauce into a large pan.
  5. Heat on low until warm, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve with parmesean cheese if desired.
