Based on Healthy Choice Tortellini Primavera Parmesan.
Ingredients | Amount |

Frozen Tortellini | 1 bag |
Spaghetti sauce | 1 jar |
Zucchini (sliced) | 1 medium |
Carrots (julienned) | 1 cup |
Bell pepper (diced) | 1 pepper |
Parmesean cheese | to taste |
- Saute carrots and bell pepper in oil until they begin to soften.
- Boil tortellini as directed on bag.
- Add zucchini to carrots and bell pepper. Cook until zucchini is soft.
- Combine cooked tortellini, vegetables, and sauce into a large pan.
- Heat on low until warm, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with parmesean cheese if desired.
