(Based on Ina Garten's Blue Cheese Cole Slaw)

- 2 cups mayo
- ½ cup dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp celery seed
- S&P
- (Can add 6 oz blue cheese crumbles if you want)
- 8-10 potatoes, diced and boiled
- 4 celery stalks, diced
- 2-3 hard boiled eggs, diced (optional)
- 3-4 green onion, diced (optional)
- 1 small head of cabbage, shredded (can do ½ red, ½ green)
- 4 carrots, shredded
