An Italian twist on the traditional meatloaf based on this Italian Meatloaf recipe.
- Marinara sauce can be used to top the meatloaf if desired

Eggs | 2 large | 2 large |
Bread Crumbs | ¾ cup | 180 ml |
Grated Parmesan | 1 cup | 240 ml |
Worcestershire | 1 tbsp | 15 ml |
Balsamic Vinegar | 1 tbsp | 15 ml |
Basil | 2 tbsp | 30 ml |
Parsley | 1 tbsp | 15 ml |
Salt | 1 tsp | 5 ml |
Black Pepper | ½ tsp | 2.5 ml |
- Use the olive oil to saute the bell pepper, onion, and garlic just until soft.
- Combine the sauteed bell pepper, onions, and garlic with the rest of the ingredients.
- Pack into an oiled loaf pan or form into a loaf shape on an oiled tray or dish.
- Bake at 350 °F for about 50 to 60 minutes or until a probe thermometer registers 160 °F in the middle.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
