Fortios modules missing

It seems as though community repo is missing modules to do with fortios. I only see modules for fortimanager and fortianalyzer.

I am also confused as it is not clear what the different focus will be for this repo vs:

Are you trying to apply the standard _config, _command, and _facts approach used in other Ansible community modules that the fortios modules badly lack?

This repo basically contains the modules that fortinet did not want to maintain, and thus were dumped on the community. We moved the modules to this collection from community.network to avoid having that collection depend on fortinet.fortios just for these modules (https://github.com/ansible-collections/community.fortios/blob/main/galaxy.yml#L14).
