Description

Let's choose the title and date format, support 24h format, and add an option to rename 1, 2, 3, etc. If the name 4 already exists, then create 5, etc. and add an option to auto create folders by hours or day.

Benefit

It adds better visibility than the 12-hour format, and when sorted by date, then if the folder name is the date, removing the "2024 11 03" on the video title will be more clean. Then, all videos in the same folder with all dates will be more consistent.
