I do not support piracy. The reason to create this project was to test torrents feasibility on google colab. If you still want to use it, use it at own risk.
UPDATE: Search option added: Just enter course name when prompted and select desired course from the list. Rest will be handled by script. PS : Its in beta version :p. If it doesn't work well follow the steps below.
This is to download Udemy courses for free of cost with torrents without need to install any third party tool. This uses google collab to download the files using python library for torrents and stores it in your google drive. You can download selected material out the whole bunch of files or just watch it online.
- Collab might not like utilising its resources to download pirated content
- limited to maximum drive storage of 15 GB.
- Get torrent file of the course
- Generate magnet link from .torrent file
- Replace the magnet link in jupyter notebook with corresponding magnet link
- Run the notebook on Google collab
The content will be downloaded to your drive under Torrent directory. Download it and enjoy!
Search for the course torrent file with exact course name + torrent download on google. You will find many sites for downloading the torrent. Choose any.
Torrent >> Magnet (torrent2magnet.com) use this site to generate magnet link from .torrent file. On some sites you can find magnet link iteself instead of .torrent file. That will also do the work.

Wait some time to collab to collect the meta data. Sometimes it might take time. You can close the window once you start running it
