Current text:
BRSKI results in the pledge storing an X.509 root certificate
sufficient for verifying the registrar identity

To correct text: it is not necessarily a root certificate, it may be any CA and/or RA certificate - non-root certs can also be pinned.

mcr added the auth48 label
