I would like to point it at Sonarr and say "process my whole library at a rate of 800 searches a day" can you make this so please and thank you.

You can all ready do something quite similar to this. You have two controls, the "count" field in the configuration file and also the number of times the script runs. You could do them all at once or spread them out with multiple scheduled calls. (e.g. 1 time a day with a count of 800, 8 times a day with a count of 100, etc.) Just don't get too greedy as indexers will ban abusers, which is the entire point behind scripts like this.
