Overhaul View-Decks page

Part of a series to improve the design of the app. Currently, the view-decks page is not that great to look at - there is some spacing in the form of the grid between deck containers, but the header is quite ugly, and the deck containers aren't much better.

In order to improve the look, the following steps should be undertaken;

• Do research on how similar apps look
• Create a sketch diagram on paper of how the page could look
• Create a Pencil diagram from the sketch diagram
• Create the CSS to implement the Pencil diagram
