Overhaul Home page CSS

Part of a series of CSS overhauls to the entire app; currently, the main page does not look very good. Everything is crunched in to one side of the screen, instead of having some nice white space flowing around it.

For this issue, the following steps should be taken;

• Do research on how similar apps have laid out their content
• Sketch out paper diagram of how page will be laid out in the future
• Create Pencil diagram detailing layout from paper diagram
• Write out the CSS necessary to achieve the Pencil diagram.
