As npm bin is no longer a command supported by npm 9.

Hey @filmaj thanks for the report. I've also encountered this issue - I'll need to look into an alternative solution.

Maybe one of npm exec or npx? As per https://docs.npmjs.com/cli/v9/commands/npm-exec?v=true
