Task Lists not diplaying after update #95

Task lists synced with DAVx5 no longer show.

In Todo Agenda they display as:

Not found: (id:108)

Ascending id numbers for each list.

Hi all, this was already reported in #93 and fixed in v.4.5.5,
available e.g. in #3

Updating to beta fixed this issue. See @yvolk post above.
