Failed to build due to no nosys.specs in v5.3.0 #4

Looks like file nosys.spces is removed from v5.3.0, I can find it in the v5.2.0 and pass the build.

Part of the failure log

riscv32-elf-gcc.gnu: fatal error: cannot read spec file 'nosys.specs': No such file or directory
compilation terminated.
dirname: missing operand
Try 'dirname --help' for more information.
