• migrated array helpers into src/core and removed some allowlisted core files (♻️ Migrate src/utils/array and src/types array helpers into core/types/array amphtml#33736)
• added testing for assertion DCE-ing (✅ Add amp task to validate assertion DCE-ing amphtml#33635)
• shifted main assertion logic out of log system and into core/assert (♻️Use core/assert within log assert amphtml#33435)
