+ button on tab opens the homepage instead of a blank pipeline

Thanks Simon, it's actually the desired behavior :)
It does necessitate one more click to open a new pipeline, I don't know if this is a big issue. My thought was that if I add other things like connections management, you could access it through the homepage too
