I encountered a problem with reinstalling Amnesia.
At some point, the program began to function unstably. After clicking the connect button, it wouldn’t spin, and the connection animation would abort after a few milliseconds. I decided to install an older version.
I deleted Amnesia from Program Files. Perhaps because I didn’t uninstall it correctly, the following problem arose that I can’t resolve: After installing another version, Error 103 appears. The service and its process are running, the program is running, but the error remains the same. I have restarted the service, restarted the program, and rebooted the computer, but the error still persists.
I uninstall the program through Windows settings, delete the Amnesia folders from AppData Roaming and Local, and delete the Amnesia service from the registry. It doesn’t help. After installation, the error remains, and despite all the deletion steps, somehow the newly installed Amnesia finds the files from the previous installation or the one that was installed the first time, and I can see my configured servers. What should I do? Completely remove Amnesia? But how?
