Run commands with arguments

Currently we only offer to run commands that don't take arguments. To run other
commands, we'd need some UI for argument input. In order to be at least as
useful as git itself, there should be autocomplete.

I'm not sure how valuable this feature would be.

If you're typing in parameters, maybe typing the whole command isn't significantly more work.
