Ability to assign/change keyboard shortcuts

You can achieve this is in macOS. System Preferences > Keyboard > Shorcuts > App Shortcuts

Designated keyboard shortcuts r in the compiled nib file so u can't simply change it. I also personally dont kno enough about native mac apps and cocoa to rebuild the entire thing
