Issue: Create Timeline dialog does not preserve change in settings, as expected.

Steps:
1. Launch ChronoZoom (http://chronozoom.com)
2. Sign In and Create a Timeline
3. Provide a CE start time and a CE end time
4. Change end time (dropdown list) from Year to Date.

Actual result: End Time date ends in the year 9999 (see attached, “create timeline dialog.png”)

Note: now, changing from Date, back to year, produces a date other than the original entered in Step 3.

Expected result: January 1, [same date as in Step 3.]
