I need more information, what is meant by the following step:
Put your translation in (plugins|resources)/Languages/XX/translation.ts?
What is my translation?
Is it a file, a folder, a folder structure, a specific kind of files?
And where to put it?
Are the destination folders?
[...]/Ultracopier-master/plugins/Languages/xx/
[...]/Ultracopier-master/resources/Languages/xx/

And what does the following statement tolds me:
Replace the .qm files in your Ultracopier release
With which kind of files should I replace the .qm-files?

Hi, you have to update the .ts file into the folder corresponding to you language, exemple, if it's french, you need update all .ts file into all the fr/ folders

Currently ultracopier does not work properly, once I can use it, I might come back to this issue.
Your comment above does still not explain the necessary actions step-by-step in a way that I can follow, I am still lost with your explanation.

For french translation, open/edit/save all this file with qt linguist:

./plugins/CopyEngine/Ultracopier-Spec/Languages/fr/translation.ts
./plugins/Languages/fr/translation.ts
./plugins/PluginLoader/catchcopy-v0002/Languages/fr/translation.ts
./plugins/Themes/Oxygen/Languages/fr/translation.ts
./plugins/Themes/Oxygen2/Languages/fr/translation.ts
And send me the whole folder and sub folder.
