Make ultracopier an option of the context menu, but not the default #67

Right now you have two choices

Either ultracopier is the default way to move and copy files
or you can not have it as an option at all

Here shown, ultracopier is the default action if you don't right button drag and drop

If you go into settings, you can turn this off

Unfortunately, this change will not take effect immediately either

I will try rebooting to confirm ...

After rebooting will be fixed, I'm not able to fix this part, it's into Windows only API
