feature request: Allow copying folder owner #103

I've checked "transfer the file rights" in the settings (and tried running as admin), but the folder ownership data still wasn't transferred

Here you simple test case? How create bug with just 1 file?

Yes, here is a test case with just 1 folder:

Create 1 folder
Change its ownership to "Users" from the current user
Use Ultracopier to copy this folder to another drive
Observe that the target ownership is not "Users"

Then the problem is here on Windows: https://github.com/alphaonex86/Ultracopier/blob/master/plugins/CopyEngine/Ultracopier-Spec/TransferThread.cpp#L1138
I don't know how fix this for now
