Fix: improve 'Skip to contents' link text

The 'Skip to contents of guide' was confusing to screen reader users as there is a 'Contents' section describing the contents of the document. Users mistook the link to be 'Contents' section rather than the doc contents. Note that only the English locale file has been updated.
