Add translations for Bangla, Punjabi Gurmukhi and Punjabi Shahmukhi

Adds the provided translated strings for the following languages:

* Bangla (`bn`)
* Punjabi Gurmukhi (`pa`)
* Punjabi Shahmukhi (`pa-PK`)

This was done with the `locales_export_import` gem to avoid large amounts of copy and pasting.
