Is there an existing issue for this?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I would like to place an OCO order but this is not supported yet.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Why are OCO orders not supported? These are important orders to be able to make. They are supported by the REST API, but not the Python SDK. Please add.

Describe an alternate solution.
