录制的时候当页面发生变化，页面显示会模糊？ #38

大佬，请问一下，在录制屏幕的时候：
1、当页面中的内容发生变化
2、录制的视频在变化后的两秒中的时间内会从模糊逐渐变得清晰

想请问一下有什么方式可以避免这种现象的发生？不管是页面中的内容是变化还是静止的，显示的清晰度不发生变化，如果要实现这样的效果应该使用什么样的方法？
