These need to be turned into individual issues, some already have

  • Have draw it rotate and size the SVG prior to export

  • text/email when your photo is about to be drawn, being drawn, done... Like a pizza tracker?

  • don't let the queue get too deep (turn people away at 4-5 images)

  • separate the taking photos vs processing part (rapid fire photos)

  • show the queue to the patrons: photo/drawing

  • include text on the image (name, drawing number, etc)

  • log average draw time

  • track which choices are made. Can we do less processing?

  • use a digital camera or a outward screen for photo taking

  • let the patrons drive?

  • optimize svgs for fewer vectors

  • test image invert

  • have some nice big examples of famous people

  • better lighting

  • A bracket for the paper would make it faster
  • Multiple plotters would reduce single points of failure
  • Allow people to frame their own photo (foot pedal/screen?)
  • better camera
  • send SVGs to folks as well (as PNGs?)
  • Auto zeroing?
  • Background blurring?
